Mayhem
He lived for chaos, but as the years passed the world grew increasingly sedate. Humans were now too busy and concerned with their own lives to truly interfere with the lives of others and supply the environment he craved.
He was incredibly bored. Watching the damned souls in their eternal torment used to be one of his greatest joys. Now, it was dull and monotonous as anything in his daily life. He longed for an adventure–he would need to find his own chaos to find new joy.
He climbed the flaming staircase to the surface. The jets were unpredictable, and the elevator was so dull. He flipped and tumbled as jets of magma and brimstone exploded around him. He tumbled out of the dark chasm and stalked into night. The stars were bright and brilliant, but not a soul could be seen for miles around.
His best times used to be out in country, but he needed to travel to a much more densely populated area to find the same success that was once so easily attained before.
He marched into the middle of a busy street and howled with laughter. For a moment nothing happened. People passed by with their faces buried in too bright phone screens. He was just another strange person making his way through the bustling city.
But then, he cloaked himself in a swath of fire and ran for the nearest group of onlookers.
The delcious screaming started and he chased people around the block and then stepped back to watch the chaos grow.
It was.a beautiful night, and it built to a frezy. Soon, not even the heavy police presence could quell it.
It lasted for days, and no one could pinpoint the very beginning
His ego soared as he knew he was the penultimate origin.
He returned home briming with joy and excitement. He couldn’t find choas very often, but it was still be able to be created and it sparked so much joy and satisfaction in him.
