A Fortnight of Lust: Day 10

Diamonds are Forever

By Dominick May

She loved him since high school. His messed up hair and glasses that had always been about to fall off. The smile he gave to each and every one was so genuine that people just trusted him completely.

Here she was about to make her move, and he looked up, smiled. ” I know you have loved me for a while. Are you going to try?”

“You’re so awful. If you have known, then why haven’t you made a move on me?” Her face was red with shock, fear, and excitement.

He stepped forward, his hands cupped her neck and head. Drawing his head forward, soft lips lightly pressed hers. Pulling away, ” I wanted you to know, I was not playing around. If I make a move on you, it would be for the whole enchilada.”

“Wwwhy do you alway bring food into serious conversations. If you love me just say it.” This was it, if he says it then she my just faint. He had hinted at us, but never has he flat out admitted to wanting to be with me.

“Fine, if that will convince you. I LOVE YOU! Also just to be clear enchilada.” Then he suddenly grabbed her waist pulling her even closer and kiss her again. Deeply and passionately. Not giving her time to rebuke the complete enchilada issue.

The next thing she was back at the dorms with him running off to his next class. College sucked, she would have to run to make her next lecture.
